In this graduate thesis seminar, we will learn together a process of completing a thesis, from planning to editing. Defining "foreign relations" broadly, you can freely choose a topic of your own interest (as regards to a broad definition of and various approaches to foreign relations, please recall my lecture in "Introduction to Japan Studies" (up to AY2022) and "Seminar in Japanese Society 7" and "9" (9 from Fall 2024)). The main discipline is history, but you can engage in interdisciplinary research.
