授業の目標   
ジェンダーの視角からダリト（不可触民）研究を深めることをめざす。南アジア以外の地域における差別とジェンダーとの関係性について比較検討を行う視座を鍛える
 
Goals of the course   
This seminar aims at deepening the understanding Dalit studies from the gender perspective and comparing with various systems of discrimination in non-South Asian areas.
 
授業の概要   
ジェンダーとカースト制度との関係を論じた先行研究を輪読し、議論する。差別とジェンダーを扱った研究を読み、南アジアの状況と比較検討する。
 
Overview of the course   
Participants read the texts beforehand and review the discussion by making the memo. Participants are required to report the important articles/books related to Gender/Dalits・caste or discrimination in general.

The level of the report and discussion in the seminar(80%) Active Learning (20%).
