授業の目標   
　国際組織の具体的な活動分野における役割の理論化と基本的な争点ついて説明できるようになる。
　主として人権の国際的保障および開発の分野における問題点を整理し、それらの分野において国際組織の活動を改善する方法について分析できるようになる。
 
Goals of the course   
The goal of this course is to explore practice of international organizations in two principal areas: human rights and sustainable development.
 
授業の概要   
　「国際組織法Ⅰ」とあわせて、国際組織法の体系全般について講義を行うが、「国際組織法Ⅱ」においては、人権・人道問題、開発・貿易等を中心とした各論的諸問題について講義する。
 
Overview of the course   
The bulk of this course is to devoted to the substantive work of the UN and other organizations in human rights and sustainable development. The course covers issues relating to reform.

受講時の平常点および研究報告により、目標に掲げた基本的事項に関する理解を計る。（50％）
2回の中間レポート及び期末レポートにより、目標に掲げた国際機構の具体的活動分野における問題解決に関する分析能力を計る。（50％）
