Research Seminar of Motor control　Ⅰ
 
授業の目標   
身体運動制御に関わる神経生理学の実験を行い、論文にまとめる。
 
Goals of the course   
The purpose of the class is to perform electrophysiological or exercise physiological experiments in motor control, and to write a thesis.
 
授業の概要   
先行研究を検討し受講者個別に課題を決める。実験の計画および実施を行い、必要に応じて修正を加える。
 
Overview of the course   
Each student will decide on a topic, consider the issue through reading prior research, and plan for his or her own experiment. Students will assemble parts into a measuring instrument, and if necessary, produce a new assistant instrument. Based on the results of experiments, students may be required to perform additional experiments if necessary.

成績評価の方法・基準   
実験機材の開発やセットアップ（５０％）実験計画の立案実行（５０％）から総合的に判断する。
 
Grading system for assessment   
Grades will be given based on analysis of the previous study, viewpoint of experiment, setup of the experimental devices and ingenuity in experiment.
 
事前・事後学習【要する時間の目安】   
関連する文献を検索しておくこと。
 
Preview/review   
It might be better for students to take a statistics class. Students should have an understanding of T-tests and analysis of variance before the class.
 
履修上の注意   
実験設備の都合上、方法論的な限界があるのであらかじめ相談する。
 
Notes   
The number of instruments available for use is limited, so experiments will also be under methodological restrictions. The class will provide you with some examples of practical ways to experiment.
