個別に研究テーマを定め，論文として仕上げるために必要な知識や技術を身に付け，実践する．また，自身の研究内容を人に伝えるための発表技術も取得する．

In this course, I have two main goals - to teach you the skill of corpus collecting and the art of processing corpus

修士論文執筆に向けて，必要な知識・技術を身につける．
具体的には，計算言語学，自然言語処理の基礎理論を復習し，かつ
各自の研究テーマに必要な応用分野の技術，知識を指導する．
1ヶ月に最低1本の割合で，国際会議論文やジャーナル論文を読み，内容を発表する．
プログラミングが必要なテーマを持つ者は，2週間に1回の割合で進捗の報告を行なう．
研究計画書を作成し，計画に沿って研究を進める．

論文，研究内容，研究の進め方，その他，成果などにより評価する．
各評価は主として以下の基準によって行う．
(1)毎回の課題に取り組み，内容を理解しているか．
(2)最終課題に深く取り組んだか．最後までやり遂げて動く形にできたか．
自分の考えを持って発表すること，文献を読み込み正しく理解した上で説明をすること，ができたか．

これまでの授業で学んだ内容を復習しておくこと．自分が読む予定の論文をリストアップすること．
自分の発表前には，きっちりとプレゼンテーション資料を作成すること．
