授業の目標   
専門分野や対象地域の異なる学生たちが集まりゼミ活動をすることで、自己の研究に対する総合的・俯瞰的な視点を得ることを目的とする。
 
Goals of the course   
Students who have different fields and areas of specialization will study together in order to take a comprehensive and panoramic view of their own research.
 
授業の概要   
専門分野や対象地域を超えて受講者は一定人数ずつでグループを形成し、グループ内で互いに研究発表、議論し合うことによって、各自が研究の足がかりを見出し、また自身の研究を見つめ直すことを促す。
 
Overview of the course   
Participants who have different fields and areas of specialization will form a group, and make presentation and discussion within the group. Through these works, they will gain a foothold for their research, or review them.

成績評価の方法・基準   
自身の研究発表（70％）と授業への参加の度合（30％）によって総合的に評価する。
 
Grading system for assessment   
Research presentation（70％）and participation in class（30％）
 
事前・事後学習【要する時間の目安】   
自己の研究分野に限らず、幅広い分野にわたって読書等によって学習し、関心を養っておくこと。
 
Preview/review   
Students are required to gain knowledge or have interests in wide variety of fields by reading books.
 
履修上の注意   
博士前期課程第1年次生の必修科目である。授業計画は変更される可能性がある。
