授業の目標   
日本の方言の言語的特徴や社会的背景について説明できるようになる。また危機言語・方言の記録・継承の意義や方法について説明できるようになる。

授業の概要   
日本語諸方言の音韻、アクセント、文法、語彙の特徴を概観し、方言の形成過程について考える。
 
Overview of the course   
In this lecture, we investigate about the characteristics of Japanese dialects and discuss dialect formation of Japanese.
