The goal of this course is to understand the theory of civil law and related law as a fundamental law in business and to be able to apply it to bisiness problems.

民法に関する法律問題のうち、企業活動と関わりのあるもの、例えば、製造物責任、企業の公害・環境問題への対処、消費者取引における被害およびその規制などを取り上げ、民法を基点とした企業活動に対する法の関与を検討する。

This course deals with civil law problems, especially related to business activity, such as product liability, response to environmental problems, consumer affairs, and so on.
