授業の目標   
外部より招聘する生の講演を用いて同時通訳の実践的なスキルを訓練する。
 
Goals of the course   
This class aims to have students acquire basic skills necessary in Japanese into English simultaneous interpreting.
 
授業の概要   
NHKグローバルメディアサービスバイリンガルセンター国際研修室との提携講義として、外部スピーカーを招き、実践演習を行う。
 
Overview of the course   
Simultaneous interpreting will be taught mainly using interview materials. Also emphasis will be placed on acquiring sight translation technique, in order to prepare for practicums inviting outside speakers.

成績評価の方法・基準   
授業中のパフォーマンス（50%）、講演会の準備・運営への貢献（50%）により評価する。
 
Grading system for assessment   
The participants' simultaneous interpretation is assessed by the teacher (50%).
Conference management 50%
 
事前・事後学習【要する時間の目安】   
同時通訳講演会において、聴衆によく伝わる通訳を行うために必要な要件を満たすよう準備すること。
 
Preview/review   
Vocabulary test is scheduled at the beginning of each class.
 
履修上の注意   
毎回演習終了時に所定の業務報告書の提出を求める。
毎回フィードバックメールの提出を求める。
尚、提出はホームページから所定のフォーマットにて行うこと。
