論文作成のため技術的なスキルを身につけながら、関連領域の文献をできるだけ多く読み、卒業論文のテーマ・素材・方法論のめどを立てることを目標とする。

The objective is for students to acquire the technical skills for writing their theses and to read as much literature as possible on related subjects, and to try to establish goals for themes, subject matter and methodologies of their graduation theses.

各自、関連文献のリストを作り、自分が書こうとする論文のテーマ、問いと仮説をブラッシュアップさせ、進捗状況を毎回発表する。
|
|
|
|
Each student will created their own bibliographic list, polish the themes, questions and hypotheses that they intend to write for their theses, and present on the progress of their studies.

|
|
第一回目に論文の形式についての簡単なレクチャーを行い、各自作業計画を立てる。第2回目以降、論文のアウトラインから草稿へと作業を進める過程で、関連文献を読み込んでいく。受講生は、毎回のゼミで順番に進捗状況を発表し、ディスカッションによって、内容のブラッシュアップを図る。

For the first class, I will give a simple lecture on thesis styles and each student will draw up their own work plan. From the second class, students will continue working on their theses, from outline to draft, and immerse themselves in relevant literature. In each seminar class, students will present a progress report and, through discussions, aim to improve the substance of their theses.

自分の関心テーマをアドバイスに従ってどれだけ掘り下げているか、その積極性・自主的な取り組みの姿勢を評価する。

Evaluations will be based upon how aggressively and proactively students utilize advice to delve deep into their topics of interest.

論文作成は個人的作業である。論文完成までのプロセスを自分なりに計画し、自主的に実行すること。

Thesis writing is an independent activity. Students must draw up their own plans and take a proactive approach to the process of completing their theses.
