In this course, students will become skilled in the following:
-Understanding economic reports from newspapers, television, and the internet; and
-Forming their own opinions on economic issues of their interest.

本講義では、ミクロ経済学での分析手法の一つである均衡分析を用いて、「モノ・ヒト・カネ」の値段がどのように決定されるのか、またこれらの値段がどのように変化し、その要因は何か、について解説する。

|
In this course, students will gain a foundation for understanding the methods of equilibrium analysis as the basic theory of microeconomics. In particular, how prices under markets of goods, labor, and finances are decided, how the prices changed, and why the prices changed.

授業中に行うミニ課題（40％）と期末試験（60％）により総合的に評価する。期末試験の解答は、日本語と英語のみ可とする。

A comprehensive evaluation based upon in-class mini-assignments (40%) and class participation (60%). The final examination can only be taken in English or Japanese.

本講義では、授業中にミニ課題という形で、その日の授業内容を踏まえた演習問題を行う。そのため、受講者は遅刻などのないように、集中して講義を受けることを期待したい。

This course will employ an in-class mini-assignment format and will conduct exercises based upon lecture contents. Therefore, it is expected that students be punctual to class and concentrate during class.
