グループワークを通じて、具体的な民法の法律問題を選び、それに深く取り組む。ゼミ生が関心を持つテーマを設定し、グループで報告し、それについて検討・議論していくこと行い、各自の卒業論文の執筆の準備につなげていく。
後期終了時において、各自の卒論テーマの決定を目標とする。
