授業の目標   
民法において、債権法とともに財産関係を規律する、物権法の理論を習得し、具体的なケースに適用できる能力を身につける。
 
Goals of the course   
The goal of this course is to understand the theory of Property Law and to be able to apply it to actual cases.
 
授業の概要   
物権法の理論を判例・通説に沿って学習するとともに、現代における物権法の役割を検討する。
 
Overview of the course   
This course covers the theory of Property Law, especially Real Rights based on precedents and commonly accepted theory and analyzes the role of Property Law.

学期末試験の成績(80％)と、２回のアクティブラーニングのレポート(20％)により評価する。

この講義は、民法のうち、物権法(物権・担保物権)と債権法(債権総論・債権各論)の分野を毎年交替で扱う。本年度は物権法を扱う。
