日本社会を歴史的に研究し、卒業論文・卒業研究を作成することを目標とする。

|
The object of this course is to write a graduation thesis/project while enhancing the knowledge about Japanese history and society.
|
|
|
|
各自の研究テーマと進度にあわせて必要な指導を行う。
|
|
|
Instruction will be provided according to individual themes and progress.
|
|
|
|
|
|
夏休みまでに行った作業をふまえて、史料の分析を深める。その上で、問題を設定し、論文としての展開・構成を考え、構想発表を行いながら、論文執筆にとりかかる。論文完成後には、反省会と卒業論文発表会を行う。

"Based on the study during the summer break, students will read and examine further documents or materials. Then, students will set up hypothesis, develop the ideas of their theses, and begin writing. After the completion of their theses, we will hold review sessions and presentation.

卒業論文および卒業研究作成にむけた作業状況と60％、アクティブラーニング20％、演習への参加態度20％によって、総合的に評価する。

Students are expected to work on assignments based on individual themes of the thesis.

原則として、日本地域研究（講義）と日本地域研究（演習・吉田担当）を履修していること。
アクティブラーニングは、伝統的町並みの実地研修や古文書調査により実施する。

As a general rule, students must already have completed Japanese Area Studies (Lecture) and Japanese Area Studies (Exercises, Prof. YOSHIDA Yuriko). As Active Learning, we plans to hold off-campus research to study Japanese traditional streetscape and to conduct investigations of historical documents.
