本授業の目標は、受講者が適切な問題設定、資料収集、資料読解、論文作成を行うための知識、技術を身に付け、実践し、モンゴル地域研究に関する充実した卒業論文、卒業研究を完成させることです。

The aim of this class is to get the knowledge and techniques to choose the themes, collect and read materials, and write thesises on the Mongolian studies.
|
|
|
|
本授業では、モンゴルの歴史、社会、政治、経済に関するテーマで卒業論文作成、卒業研究を行う受講者に対して、必要な研究指導を行います。まず、モンゴル地域研究のための問題設定方法、資料調査方法、論文作成に関する基礎技術を確認します。その後、卒業論文作成、卒業研究の内容に関する報告を各受講者に行ってもらい、その報告に対する討論を受講者皆で行います。その上で、卒業論文、卒業研究を完成させます。

I will teach you the research methods to write thesises on the history, society, politics and economy of the Mongolia. Firstly, I will teach you the methods to choose themes, research materials, and write thesises. Secondly, you should report about your themes at the class and write your thesis.

The evaluation criteria of the presentation: to set the theme correctly, to investigate relevant materials for the presentation and to make the presentation logically.
The evaluation criteria of the active learning: to translate relevant materials into Japanese correctly and to acquire how to read relevant materials for academic reports.
The evaluation criteria of the report: to set the theme correctly, to investigate relevant materials to write the report and to argue your opinion logically.

優れた卒業論文の作成のためには、毎回の授業における討論、指導を受けながら、設定した問題に対する調査を日々進めていく必要があります。

In order to write a good graduate thesis, you should receive a teacher’s guidance and research about your theme every day.

|
モンゴルを理解し、モンゴルに関する研究を行うためには、モンゴルだけでなく、広く東アジア、中央ユーラシアの情勢を考慮する必要があります。受講者には、モンゴルはもちろん、東アジア、中央ユーラシアにも広く興味を持ってもらうことを期待します。
また、他の受講者の報告に対する討論に積極的に関わることにより、自分自身の知識、問題意識も磨かれていきます。自分の報告担当の回だけでなく、毎回の授業に積極的に参加することが求められます。
