Popular History Ⅰ : Minority Studies

「民衆史Ⅰ」では、日本資本主義形成史をストーリー・ラインとして、近代日本のマイノリティをめぐる基本的な論点や概念、アプローチを学び、それらのテーマが現代において有している意味について考えていく。また、マイノリティとナショナリズムとの関係について学ぶことも目的の一つとする。それによって、歴史研究と思想史研究の基本的な方法論と争点、調査手法について学ぶ。

This course concerns basic issues and concepts of minorities in modern Japan in accordance with the formation of Japanese capitalism, and considers how these issues relate to a contemporary situation. At the same time, it focuses on a relation of Minority and nationalism. Through this, basic methodlogy and a research manner of history and intellectual history will be dealt with.

近現代日本のマイノリティ研究をふまえて、それにかかわる歴史研究、著作、実際の社会運動をとりあげる。それらの素材を通して、マイノリティ研究と、歴史研究と思想史研究の基本的な方法論と争点、調査手法について学ぶ。

This course picks up historical research, books, and issues of social movement, based on the studies on minorities in modern Japan. Through this course work, participants are expected to learn a basic manner and methodology of minority studies, history, and intellectual history.

12 『障害者イズム』所収の障害者の地域での実践を通して、障害者の現在と法的基盤について考える
13 沖縄・辺野古における反基地の取り組みと近代沖縄の歴史を通して、日本社会と沖縄の関係について考える
14 稲葉剛『生活保護から考える』（岩波書店2013年）を踏まえて生活困窮者自立支援法について検討する
