Learning Objectives:
1. Students acquire a perspective on the history of art and architecture of the Iberian Peninsula during the Antiquity and the Middle Ages.
2. Students acquire a basic knowledge of iconography and styles of Western Medieval Art.
3. Students develop skills in explaining works of art from a historical perspective.

This lecture offers an overview of painting, sculpture and architecture of the Iberian Peninsula from the Antiquity to the end of the Middle Ages.

試験評価基準：授業で扱ったテーマに対する理解度および知識の定着度。

Your final grade for the course will be calculated on the following bases:
Short writing assignments of Active Learning: 40%
Final exam: 60%
Students are required to write two‒ to three‒page assignments in Japanese. More detailed instructions will be given in class.

スペイン語の知識は必要としないが、教場での指示に従い、古代中世の地中海およびイベリア半島史について、事前・事後学習が求められる。
|
|
|
No previous knowledge of Spanish is necessary. However, students are required to acquire and revise the historical knowledge about Medieval Mediterranean and the Iberian Peninsula.

ポイントをまとめたプリントを配布するが、講義中に提示する美術作品等の画像サムネイルのプリントアウトは配布しない。授業中に各自が講義ノートを作成することが不可欠である。
アクティブラーニングでの美術館・展覧会の見学にかかる費用は全額自己負担となる。課題の詳細については授業内で指示する。
