Japanese Education and Pragmatics 2
 
授業の目標   
・日本語教育や語用論に関するテーマにもとづき、データを取り分析を行う。後期に卒業論文を執筆する。
・論文執筆に向けてのデータ分析や考察の進捗状況を参加者にわかりやすく説明したり、他の参加者の発表に対して建設的なコメントができる。
 
Goals of the course   
･The students will aim to learn the skills to write a graduation thesis in the second term related with themes of pragmatics and its research results, and in addition its application to Japanese education.
･The students will conduct easy-to-understand descriptions to other participants on the progress in data analysis and consideration towards writing the thesis, and give constructive comments to the other participants’presentations.
 
授業の概要   
各自が、卒業論文執筆の進捗状況を報告し、それについて参加者で討議する。
 
Overview of the course   
The students will conduct presentations on his or her progress in writing the graduation theses, and have discussions on that.

成績評価の方法・基準   
論文執筆準備のプロセス、授業参加の積極性、課題提出状況から総合的に評価する。
 
Grading system for assessment   
Comprehensive grading based on the process of the preparations in writing the graduation thesis, activeness in class participation, and the situations in submitting assignments.
 
事前・事後学習【要する時間の目安】   
事前学習：その回の発表者のハンドアウトを事前に読み、研究テーマや分析方法について概要を掴んでおく。
事後学習：自己の発表があった場合は、自己評価を行う。他の学生の発表の場合は、他者評価を行う。
 
Preview/review   
The students must read beforehand the presenter's handouts, and grasp the outlines of the thesis theme and analysis methods.
 
履修上の注意   
当該教員を指導教員とし、卒業論文を執筆する学生に限る。
 
Notes   
The exercise is limited to students who will designate the corresponding teacher as the instructor for writing the graduation thesis.
