この授業では、クラス内でのワークショップやコミュニケーションを通じて、文化的背景の異なる人との共同作業を行う際に必要な能力「多文化社会コーディネーション能力」を身につけることを目標とする。

|
The aim of this course is to learn "Multicutlural Coordination Competence", which is required on collaborative project among people with different cultural background, though workshop and intercultural communication.
|

|
|
授業では、毎回のワークショップやディスカッションを行うことによって、多文化社会の中で、文化的背景を超えて人々をつなぐためのスキルや考え方を習得する。また授業の最終目標は、授業内でのワークショップやディスカッションで論じたことに基づいた内容の企画を立案し運営することである。

In each class, the students will join the workshops and discussions which aim to foster the skills of coordinating people with various background. In the end, based on the findings of the workshops and discussions, the students have to plan any project to presenting these findings.
