授業の目標   
第二言語習得研究に関する基礎的な専門知識を身につけること。
とりわけ、この分野で使われる調査方法について知り、データの解釈ができるようになること。
 
Goals of the course   
To acquire basic knowledge of research methodology in second language acquisition
 
授業の概要   
第二言語習得研究の調査方法やデータの読み方等について演習形式で学ぶ。
 
Overview of the course   
We will interpret and discuss various data obtained from studies in second language acquisition, and learn about research methodology in the field.

成績評価の方法・基準   
アクティブ・ラーニング課題、グループ発表、および期末課題により総合的に評価する。
 
Grading system for assessment   
Grades will be based on active participation in class discussions, active learning tasks, group presentation, and a term paper.
 
事前・事後学習【要する時間の目安】   
毎回講義内容の復習を行うこと。
グループ学習は課外で集まって行うアクティブ・ラーニングの形をとるので、協力し合って取り組むこと。
 
Preview/review   
Review lessons every week.
Active learning tasks will involve group work outside of class.
Plan well and cooperate with your peers in conducting the group project.
 
履修上の注意   
「言語教育学概論」を履修中もしくは修得済みであることが望ましい。
 
Notes   
Survey of SLA is a prerequisite to this course.
