Language Pedagogy: Development of Speaking Tests for University Entrance Exams（E）
 
授業の目標   
文部科学省より「グローバル化に対応した英語教育改革の五つの提言」が2014年に出されたが、そこには、改革3として「高等学校・大学の英語力の評価及び入学者選抜の改善」に関する提言がなされている。この提言では、「4技能を測定する資格・検定試験の更なる活用」に言及されている。そこで、この授業では、大学入試のための望ましいスピーキング・テストの開発を行う。
 
Goals of the course   
In 2014 MEXT issued the "English Education Reform Plan corresponding to Globalisation", which included "reform for the assessment of English proficiency of students of upper secondary and tertiary education". This reform plan refers to further utilization of external language exams which measure all four skills for university entrance. We attempt to develop new speaking tests for university entrance exams.
 
授業の概要   
この授業では、スピーキング・テスト研究を概観した上で、大学入試のためのスピーキング・テストを実際に開発、実施し、その結果を分析する。今年度は、昨年度開発したテストを実施し、その結果の分析に基づき、改訂を行う。
 
Overview of the course   
After reviewing the literature of speaking test research, we will develop and administerspeaking tests for university entrance exams, and then analyse the results. In this year, we will administer the test we have developed in the last year, and revise it based on the analysis of the results.
