Research Seminar in English phonetics and phonology 1
 
授業の目標   
卒業論文執筆に向けて、英語の音声を客観的に分析できるようになること。
卒業論文のテーマとタイトルを決定すること。
 
Goals of the course   
In preparation for the writing of their graduation theses, students will become proficient in analyzing the sounds of English. Also, by the end of the course, students will have decided on the topic and title of their graduation theses.
 
授業の概要   
英語の音声を聴いて、記述する訓練を行う。
卒業論文のテーマを絞り込み、タイトルが決定するよう、ゼミ生が互いに発表し、意見交換をする。
 
Overview of the course   
Practice and training of transcribing English speech.
Students will regularly report on the progress of their research, and participate in discussions among peers.

履修上の注意
