Purposes of the lecture are to learn
* The basics of linguistic information processing;

言語情報処理の基本的な概念の学習をします。その後、日本語と英語を分析対象として具体的な用例調査を通じて、ことばの特徴を(1)定性的に把握することと、(2)同一基準で比較して扱うことを平行して学びます。

Overview of the lecture:
Students learn the basics of linguistic information processing, followed by the research on example sentences in Japanese and English to define features of language in a qualitative and a quantitative manner.
