授業の目標   
音声物理学、音響音声学、音声生理学、聴覚音声学などの基礎理論の解説を行い、言葉の音を対象とした実験・測定の方法論とデータ解析を学ぶ。言葉の音を研究する態度を身につけ、実践することを目標とする。
 
Goals of the course   
I will explain the basic theories of the physics of sound, acoustic phonetics, speech
physiology, and auditory phonetics and we will learn the methodology of experiments
and measurement and data analysis targeting the sounds of speech. The goal of this class
is to learn the attitude of researching the sounds of speech and practicing it.
 
授業の概要   
音声物理学、音響音声学、音声生理学、聴覚音声学などの基礎理論を学ぶ。次に、分節音および超分節的要素について、実験・測定を行いながら結果の解釈について検討する。
 
Overview of the course   
We will learn the basic theories of the physics in sound, acoustic phonetics, speech
physiology, and auditory phonetics. Next we will examine the interpretation of the results while conducting experiments and measurement, in regards to segments and suprasegmental elements.

成績評価の方法・基準   
授業中に行う試験（2回）と、アクティブラーニングのレポートと最終レポートにより総合評価する。
目安として、試験40パーセント、アクティブラーニングのレポート30パーセント、最終レポート30パーセント。
試験およびレポートは1回でも欠けると単位は出さない。(病気などやむを得ない理由を除いて追試験を行わない)
 
Grading system for assessment   
40％　Tests during class(twice)
30％　Reports for active learning
30％　Final report

I will not give credits if you miss even one test or report. (I will not conduct makeup examinations except unavoidable reasons such as illness)

教員の指示に従って、受講前の予習と受講後の復習を行うこと。

履修上の注意   
言語研究入門（音声学入門）と音声学Ａ（実験音声学講義）を履修済みであることが必要。
第1回の授業時に確認テストを行うので必ず出席すること。
 
Notes   
You must have completed Introduction to Phonetics and Experimental Phonetics.
It is desirable that you have completed Basic Phonetics.
I will conduct a confirmation test in the first class. You must participate it.
