今日の国際秩序はさまざまなグローバルイシューをめぐる各国の対立と協力のための試行錯誤のもとで成り立っている。
本講義は国際関係を分析するための切り口となる基本的知識や理解するためのレンズとなる国際関係理論について学び、様々なグローバルイシューについて多様な角度から分析する能力を習得する。

The world order today is built on conflicts and cooperation among states. In this course, we will learn basic knowledge and the theories of International Relations (IR), and acquire the ability to analyze global issues multilaterally.

|
本講義ではまず国際関係を分析するための切り口となるリアリズム（現実主義）、リベラリズム（自由主義）、コンストラクティビズム（構成主義）といった主要な国際関係理論についての基本的な知識を習得する。
次に、安全保障、国際経済、地球環境、人権といった諸課題を取り上げながら、国際秩序がどのように形作られているかについて３つの理論を軸にしながら分析していく。

For the first step, students will learn the theories of International Relations; realism, liberalism and constructivism.
For the second step, students will analyze global issues such as security, international economy, global environment and human rights by using IR theories.

(1) 日常的にニュースを視聴したり新聞を購読したりして、さまざまな時事問題に対する見識を深めること。
(2) 授業後は配布教材等に目を通し、必要に応じて質疑応答の時間を活用したり参考文献等を読んだりすること。

(1)To enrich one's view of various global issues by watching the news on television or reading newspapers routinely.
(2)To read materials distributed during the class and reference books. Don't be hesitate to raise questions.

(1) 毎回配布する教材にしたがって、パワーポイントを用いながら授業を行なう。
(2) 国際関係論への関心と理解を深めるために、毎回の授業でコメントカードを記入する時間を設けるほか、適宜ディスカッションの時間を設ける。
