Regional Perspectives of International Politics
 
授業の目標   
国際政治の歴史、基本的な概念について学び、今日の私たちの生活がどのように国際政治とかかわっているのかを理解すると同時に、欧米中心の国際政治観を地域の視点に立ち相対化する能力を養う。
 
Goals of the course   
In this course, we will learn history and concepts of institutions of World Politics. Moreover, we will relativize the Western-oriented way of looking at world politics from the regional perspectives.
 
授業の概要   
はじめに、国際政治の歴史を国際的な視点と地域的な視点から概観する。つぎに、国際政治の基本的な概念をについて理解を深め、地域的な文脈で再解釈する。理解を深める。
 
Overview of the course   
For the first step, students will review the history of world politics from global and regional perspectives.
For the second step, students will learn basic concepts of world politics and reconsider in regional contexts.
