The focus of this class is NOT so much on the accuracy of speaking skills, but more on fluency; hence, I do not focus so much on grammar. By the end of this course, students should be able to critically examine a topic, organize a central argument, and present their ideas via a multimedia presentation.

In this course, students will exercise their discussion skills through in-depth examination of various subjects prepared by the instructor, as well as through student-led discussions. Students will be expected to engage in paired, small group, and whole class discussions.
