Goals of the course   
Thesis Seminar 2 aims to give thesis-writing PCS students an opportunity to present their thesis research and receive constructive feedback on their analytical focus, data-processing, and argumentation.

Overview of the course   
Thesis Seminar 2 consists of two presentations (early April and mid-May) and individual consultation with instructors.

成績評価の方法・基準   
 
Grading system for assessment   
Presentation and writing (ALH1 and ALH2) critiques together will constitute the 100% of the final grade. Full participation in all class meetings is a prerequisite for earning the course credits.

Preview/review   
1. Specific instructions for preparing for an effective presentation will be given.
2. Following the presentation, revisions are expected based on the comments and suggestions given by the instructors and peers.
