To develop fundamental skills to pass employment or certification exam.

本講義の第一部では、憲法学における主要な論点について解説し、あわせて論述式の答案の作成をしていただきます。資格試験等にも対応できるように、規範定立、あてはめ等を含めた、法学の答案作成方法を体得していただきます。
第二部では、主要な憲法判例についての理解を深めます。重要な憲法判例を中心として、受講生の報告も求めます。

In the first half of the course, I will explain the main issues in the constitutional law and students will practice answering an essay-type exams.
In order to prepare for the certification exams, students will learn how to answer exam questions, including analysis methods typical in the study of law, such as interpretation and application of laws.
In the latter half, students are expected to better understand the major constitutional precedents and report on the case studies, focusing on important constitutional precedents.
