Goals of the course   
Students will learn to apply design-thinking principles to career development through cross-cultural collaboration. By the end of the course, students will be able to identify personal "Value Clusters," design low-cost career experiments, and collaborate with international partners to create a viable 90-day professional roadmap.
 
授業の概要   
 
Overview of the course   
This course is a 15-week intensive program focused on global career prototyping. The first 11 weeks focus on individual self-assessment and prototype mapping. During weeks 12–15, students participate in a collaborative intensive with students from a partner university in the United States to execute joint experiments and finalize a professional portfolio.

成績評価の方法・基準   
 
Grading system for assessment   
1. Phase I Portfolio (Individual): 30%


2. Intermediate Brief (English): 20%


3. Final 7-Page Collaborative Project PDF or alternative after dsicussion with instructor: 50%

Preview/review   
Students are expected to spend 2 hours per week on self-reflection worksheets (Weeks 1–11) and 4 hours per week on collaborative team meetings and documentation (Weeks 12–15).
