授業の目標   
本講義の目標はラオス語初級文法を身につけることである。
 
Goals of the course   
The goal of this course is to acquire the elementary-level Lao grammar.
 
授業の概要   
はじめにラオス語文法の概要を学びながら文字の読み書きと発音の練習を行う。ラオス文字の読み書きができ、正しい発音で、基礎語彙500語程度は能動的に使えるようにする。また、テキストに沿って読解、文法、練習問題を通して文法の基本的事項を習得する。
 
Overview of the course   
Firstly, students practice writing/reading and pronunciation of Lao in addition to learning an outline of grammar. They are able to read and write Lao script and become able to proactively use around 500 basic words with correct pronunciation. They also acquire basic Lao grammar by reading comprehension, solving grammatical matters, and practice questions along the textbook.

成績評価の方法・基準   
授業への積極性(5％)、課題・宿題(5％)、小テスト(10％)、中間試験・学期末試験(80％)により評価する。
 
Grading system for assessment   
Proactive participation in class(5％), assignment submissions and homework(5%), tests (10%), mid-term and term-end exam(80%).
 
事前・事後学習【要する時間の目安】   
教員の指示に従って、受講前の予習と受講後の復習を行うこと。
学習用ノートを用意し、テキストやプリントについては語彙と本文を書き写しておく。そして本文を音読し、発音練習をしておく。また疑問点を授業中に質問できるように準備しておく。

 
Preview/review   
Do before-class preparations & after-class reviews for each class in accordance with a teacher’s instructions. Transcribe vocabulary and body text of textbooks and handouts in a notebook in advance. Then glance through the body text and practice pronunciation beforehand. Also, be prepared for to ask questions during class about points that are in doubt.
 
履修上の注意   
「SLA251G1AX」「SLA251G1BX」「SLA251G1CX」の単位が修得できなかった者への再履修用講義である。
 
Notes   
This is a repeat lecture for students who failed to earn credits for“SLA251G1AX, SLA251G1BX, SLA251G1CX.”
